Wolff cran 1250 B

Wolff’s top-of-the-line luffing crane, the Wolff 1250B US, is working on a high-rise project in New York City. The crane features a maximum load capacity of 60 metric tons and a maximum jib radius of 80 meters.

Big WOLFF on a big stage: WOLFFKRAN makes its largest crane, the WOLFF 1250 B, accessible to a wide audience for the first time at bauma 2019. The leader wolf in the pack is a true champion because it can lift up to 60 tons in the standard version. Since its market launch in 2009, the largest WOLFF in the 1500 mt class has proven itself on many construction sites around the world where high load capacities are required.

Power pack with an impressive profile
The WOLFF 1250 B is built to be difficult to lift and impresses as standard with maximum loads of 20 tons in 1-leg, 40 tons in 2-leg and 60 tons in 3-leg operation and a maximum boom length of 80 meters. Even greater load capacities can be realized on request by increasing the number of strands accordingly. To make reeving more efficient and safer, the WOLFF 1250 B is also equipped with the rewinder aid patented by WOLFFKRAN.

Equipped with a powerful 132 kW hoist, the large WOLFF achieves top speeds of 190 meters per minute in frequently used 1-strand operation. The rope winding capacity of the hoist of almost one kilometer - sufficient for building heights of up to 800 meters in 1-strand or 400 meters in 2-strand operation and even 260 meters in 3-strand operation for weights up to 60 tons - also contributes to this that the WOLFF 1250 B has made a good name for itself in construction projects that go very high.
