Self-lifting inside a building is an affordable engineering solution for tall buildings and skyscrapers under construction. First, it is economical, and second, it is safe! This example of a crane is located at a height of 300 m
!🔺Safety instructions for self-lifting inside a building
- Take into account the maximum height of free standing!
- Self-lifting is allowed at a maximum wind speed of no more than
12-13 m / s (~6 points)!
- The crane tower must always be supported by two self-lifting frames!
- The self-raising frame of the upper level of the clamp must be in the area of
the tower section "B" or, at the lowest distances between
frames, in the zone of self-lifting sections "D"!
- Take into account the load data (clamping force) and the distance between
frames!
- Consider the maximum number of tower sections at the top
clamping point (tower section "B")!
- At each long interruption of the self-lifting process and before
before the crane starts operating the tower must be mounted on shoes
and clamped by the self-lifting frames!
Before each self-lifting process: check the balance in the
turning part of the crane!
During the self-lifting process and while the self-lifting frames are not clamped,
turning the tap will scream!
